Who I am:
I am an artist and writer who lives in Dallas, Texas, originally from the “pine curtains” of East Texas. I’m also an emerging historian, and most of my work is based around vintage personal, found and public domain images, or iconic scenes from cities and small towns. Creative work has been a sustaining element in my life, not only in the fun of producing it, but also in exploring art communities at home and away.
When I began my creative journey in 2016, I was inspired by the late, great Molly, or the “Muse who Mews.” Now I have Bluebonnet and Bosque Beans aka. the “Mewses times Two-ses.” So, I’m also a cat lady, and they show up in my work from time to time!
